Lord’s Day prayer.

Great and mighty King, we come as your servants, and we praise you.  We come into your house, and we magnify you.  You are the great King above all gods.  Whatever you please, you do, in heaven and earth and under the earth.  You cause vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; you make lightning for the rain, and bring the wind out of your treasuries.  You sent signs and wonders through your Son, Jesus Christ, and through him, you defeated Satan and the powers of darkness.  You delivered the world and called your people to yourself by your Spirit.  You have given us the nations as our heritage.  Your name, O LORD, endures forever, and your fame to all generations.  We worship you, together with the Son and the Spirit, who live and reign with you above, world without end.  Amen.
