* Gay marriage takes center stage at the Supreme Court this week as two cases will be argued, one on Tuesday and the other on Wednesday.
* GOP strategist Carl Rove says the 2016 Republican presidential candidate could endorse gay marriage, and Mike Huckabee says if that happens evangelicals will walk out of the GOP.
* Economist Laurence Kudlow, who is normally a monetarist inflation hawk, argues that Bernanke may have gotten it right. I am not endorsing this view, just calling attention to it. Kudlow is a very well known economist, and for him to say this definitely raises eyebrows.
